Overview

The Ultraboost launched with tuned torsion spring technology across three colorways. Each needed its own moment, its own energy, while still reading unmistakably as one product line.

02

Challenge

Give three colorways three distinct personalities without splitting the campaign into three unrelated ideas, then carry that system from a key visual onto billboards, bus shelters and the street.

What I did

  1. 01Campaign concept
  2. 02Key visual direction
  3. 03Copywriting & taglines
  4. 04OOH placement design
  5. 05Colorway system
03

Approach

The design language starts from the shoe itself, its lightweight construction and tuned torsion spring technology, and builds outward from there. That same language became the foundation for every piece of communication: outdoor posters, social content, trade show collateral, brochures. Every application highlights the Ultraboost’s blend of style and performance. Within that shared language, each colorway still gets its own personality: copper reads as speed (‘hit your stride’), lime as second-skin comfort (‘clothe your feet in its’), blue as instinct (‘born with a spring’), while the exploded shoe-in-motion device keeps every touchpoint unmistakably one system, whether it’s scaled down for a bus shelter or up to fill the side of a building.

The system

  • Colorway Language
  • OOH Templates
  • Social Content
  • Trade Show Collateral
  • Brochure System

Impact

  1. 01One campaign device flexed across three colorways and four physical formats (key visual, storefront wall, billboard and bus shelter) without losing its identity.

The best product systems don’t hide their variations. They give each one a personality, then let the device underneath do the work of holding it all together.
